Our office is on the grounds of Putnam Hospital Center.  We are in the first building on the right as you approach the main hospital building.  Look for "Building 660" sign.  We are in the back of the building on the lower level.  We share the office with Stoneleigh Psychiatric Associaltes and are right next to the Sleep Lab.
