Ronald Field, Ph.D.

President and CEO

Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist

 

Dr. Field is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist specializing in neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents, and adults.  He has been a Professional Member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology since 2000.  Dr. Field provides assessment of ADHD / academic problems, traumatic brain injury, stroke and dementia, and other neurological and psychological issues.  He is a member of the Medical Staff at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, NY.

Paola Bekker, LCSW

Paola Bekker is a bilingual/bicultural graduate of the Social Work program at Fordham University. She has received specialized training in trauma and family violence with an emphasis on the study of victimology. Ms. Bekker has extensive clinical experience treating children, adolescents and adult survivors of trauma. In addition to her work with this specialized population, Ms. Bekker has treated adults presenting with marital conflict and individuals with concerns around anxiety, depression and difficulty with mood regulation. Ms. Bekker places a strong emphasis on the patient being the change agent and focuses on bringing patient’s individual strengths and interests to the surface.

Doris Berardo, LCSW-R

Ms. Berardo is a New York State licensed clinical social worker who specializes in the treatment of adults with mood and anxiety disorders.

Rebecca Bruck, LCSW

Rebecca Bruck is a N.Y State Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained her Master’s from Fordham University in 2006.  She has a diverse experience working with at risk youth, families and couples. She has helped people address issues related (but not limited to) Low Self Esteem, school difficulties, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder stemming from Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, marital difficulties, substance abuse issues and relationship problems. She describes her approach to therapy as eclectic, in that she uses a variety of treatment modalities. Some of the treatment modalities that guide her interventions include Trauma Focused CBT, humanistic approach, solution oriented and client centered. Mrs. Bruck also trained at The Culinary Institute of America where she obtained her A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts. She believes that Culinary Arts can be utilized as a medium for healing. She believes in treating her clients as “a whole,” striving to treat not just mental health issues but physical health as well by addressing eating habits and lifestyle choices. Mrs. Bruck places a high priority in helping her clients become the best versions of themselves that they can be.

Kayla DiLorenzo, LCSW

Ms. DiLorenzo is a New York State licensed clinical social worker who graduated from Syracuse University. She specializes in an individualized, person centered approach, for adolescents and adults. She has experience treating a wide range of mental health issues such as, coping with life adjustments, coping with grief, and co-occurring disorders. She has experience with many evidenced based practices to include but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychotherapy, focus on integrated treatment, and wellness self-management. Ms. DiLorenzo assists individuals to pursue their goals, using strength based practices, and assists individuals to reach their full and true potential.

Shirley Falconer, LCSW-R

Ms. Falconer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has over twenty years of experience in a variety of settings serving diverse clientele, which includes children, young adults, individuals and families.  Ms. Falconer tailors her approach and interventions to the needs of her clients, and is committed and invested in the well-being of each client, with the goal of promoting desired goals and change.

Harold Hamilton, Psy.D.

Dr. Hamilton is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Hamilton has experience treating a wide range of mental health issues.

Leroy Hankins, LCSW

Mr. Hankins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience of providing clinical services and supports for children, individuals and families. Specializing in Play Therapy, Psychotherapy, a blend of CBT and Behavioral Modification focused modalities, and alternative self awareness methods with emphasis on conscious breathing and meditation techniques.

Leslie Kotzker, LMSW

Leslie Kotzker obtained her MSW from Adelphi University. She has worked in the field of social work for 11 years and has a wide array of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Some of her experience includes working with traumatic brain injury, child welfare, issues with trauma, and substance abuse.

Victoria Krikorian, LMHC

Victoria Krikorian brings to Riverview Psychological Services seven years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. Victoria graduated in 2005 from Hofstra University with a bachelors degree in psychology and film production. In 2014 she graduated from Pace University's Masters in mental health counseling and is licensed to practice counseling in NY State. Victoria has experience treating those who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self esteem and identity issues. Victoria uses an eclectic approach including DBT, Person Centered, Psychoanalytic and Solution Focused theories.

Duni Lewis-Bangura, LCSW

Ms. Lewis-Bangura is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years of experience in a variety of settings serving diverse populations, including children, young adults, individuals and families.  Her background encompasses over 10+ years of experience with adults and families, advocating for services and supports for individuals with chronic illnesses, supporting individuals through life transitions, as well as providing support. She is very experienced in grief/loss therapy, caregivers/caretakers consulting, helping families in locating resources, services and support, treatment of anxiety and depression, communication issues, and life transition issues. Ms. Lewis-Bangura has post-master’s certification in grief work, end of life care, and motivational interviewing, working with services to diverse multicultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Ms. Lewis-Bangura’s approach and interventions are based on the needs of her clients, and she is committed and invested in the well-being of each client, with the goal of promoting desired goals and change.

Kate Macaluso, LCSW

Kate Macaluso a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of post master’s experience working with individuals, families, and communities. She graduated from Fordham University’s MSW program in 2006 with a specialization in children and families as well as neurodevelopmental disabilities.  She has experience working with individuals, children, and families around issues including anxiety, depression, mood regulation, trauma, transitions, illness, ADHD, autism, and being differently abled. Kate uses a holistic, collaborative approach to help clients find and use their strengths. Therapeutic techniques include insight oriented therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training.

Jennifer Moragas, LMHC

Jennifer Moragas earned her mental health counseling degree from Walden University in 2012.  She has over five years of experience working with individuals with an array of mental health issues. Jennifer has worked in halfway houses, outpatient, and private settings.   She works with clients who struggle with Addiction, ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Family Issues, Relationship Conflict and Self-esteem. There are many therapy approaches she likes to utilize to meet the clients where they are at, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Soultion Focus Therapy.  Her style is very laid back, open, and warm. She wants you to feel relaxed and comfortable while in her care.

Kelli Robbins, LCSW

Kelli Robbins is a New York State Licensed Clinic Social Worker who graduated from New York University in 1996.  She has 22 years’ experience working with families, individuals, and people with Autism to help with symptoms of anxiety, depression and other diagnoses.  She has a relaxed style and is person centered.

Elizabeth Schilling, Ph.D.
Dr. Schilling is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults. She specializes in integrative cognitive behavioral psychotherapy with individuals and pre-marital couples.

Lisa Spittal, LMSW

Ms. Spittal graduated in 1991 with a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. Her experience as a social worker has spanned all age groups. She worked on the adolescent unit at Four Winds in Katonah and the adolescent unit at Arms Acres in Carmel; Westcop Therapeutic Nursery School in Granite Springs; private practice with Rose Hill Psychological Services in the Bronx and Mohegan Lake and the Steps Forward Therapeutic Nursery in Chappaqua.

Miriam Surval, LCSW-R
Ms. Surval is a New York State licensed clinical social worker who has worked at a state run mental health clinic for over 20 years. Previous to that she worked at the crisis team in Tuckahoe.. She specializes in the treatment of adults with substance abuse as well as personality and mood disorders.
